We are happy to offer all customers a full refund on any item returned to us within 14 days of receipt, under condition that can be resold.

RETURNING TO YOUR CLOSEST STORE.

Shoes bought online can be returned to any of our stores accompanied by your dispatch invoice for a full refund up to 14 days.

Please note:  we do not offer any free returns, a charge of €4.99 (nationwide) will be deducted from your refund for the cost of your return.

EXCHANGES

We ask customers that need a change of size/product to return their order to us for a refund and place a new order for their new size online.

This will help us provide faster and more efficient service to our customers. We thank you for your understanding during these changes. Alternatively you can exchange from one of your store without any fees.

OUR RETURNS GUIDELINES

We want you to be happy with every purchase you make. Accordingly, you may inspect the items you buy as if you were in one of our stores. While you are deciding to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Therefore, please do not damage the items whilst you inspect them or try them on for size. You must ensure goods returned are unworn and repacked in the original box.

Also if the product is defective, please arrange to return it as soon as possible and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product. Any breakages, damages or faults should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
